Direct Web Designs helps businesses plan, build and manage their websites, with a particular focus on Shopify ecommerce. Projects can start with an existing site that needs attention, a new store idea or a recurring task that is slowing your team down.
We begin by discussing your customers, how the business works and what the website needs to do. Before work begins, we define what we’ll deliver, what we need from your team and who is responsible for each part. You can ask questions in plain language and review the work at scheduled stages.
Experience from building and operating businesses
Brett builds and operates VitOptics and DirectDermaCare. These businesses provide direct experience with product information, shopping journeys and the continuing work behind an ecommerce storefront. The project pages show how customers use these stores and explain the thinking behind their design.
These are founder-operated businesses. Brett also co-founded mySavu, a platform that helped students discover local businesses and offers. It appears in our portfolio as an earlier project.
Support after launch
A new website is one part of running a business. Products change, customers ask new questions and priorities shift. Your monthly plan can include website care, Shopify improvements, SEO, Google Ads management, social media content or practical AI support.
Your proposal sets out the services, amount of work and price for each month. It lists hosting, platform subscriptions, paid tools and advertising spend separately. Together, we decide what your team will handle and where you need ongoing help.
