Your plan sets out the services and amount of work included each month. We choose the priorities with you, complete and test the updates, then send a summary of the work and recommendations. Any work outside your plan requires a separate quote and your approval.

Yes. We begin with a review of your platform, access, performance and current issues. Then we recommend whether to improve what you have or plan a rebuild.

No. You can hire us for a one-time project. Monthly support is available when you need regular updates, technical help and ongoing improvements.

We help with specific tasks, such as drafting routine replies, finding information in your internal documents or moving information between tools. We assess whether AI is suitable, help set up the process and train your team. You control access to business information and review important results.

Your proposal lists the services included and any additional costs. Shopify hosting is part of your Shopify subscription. For other websites, we can help arrange hosting suited to the platform. Advertising spend, third-party apps and AI subscriptions are separate costs unless your proposal says otherwise.

We track results and use them to guide improvements. Search rankings, traffic and advertising returns depend on many factors, so we cannot guarantee a particular position, sales volume or return on ad spend.
